Home daycare software that fits one provider
Childcare management software is mostly built for centers with classrooms, staff and a front desk. A home daycare needs four things done well: bill the families, see who paid, log who came and went, and give parents a tax statement in January.

What it doesn’t do
No parent app, no photo feed, no staff scheduling, no payment processing and no health records. Parents keep paying you the way they do now. That keeps the price at $12 a month and keeps the app simple enough to use one-handed at the door.
Your data stays with you
Everything you enter is saved in your browser on your own phone or computer, not on our servers. Use backup to copy it to another device. You can install Daycare Binder on your phone’s home screen and it works offline.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The invoice, receipt, attendance sheet, contract and tax statement templates are free. The app is free for up to 2 families.
Can I use it for a daycare center?
It is designed for family child care homes and small group homes. A center with several classrooms and staff will be better served by center software.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Attendance and payments are made for the phone; invoices and statements print from any device.
