Daycare Binder (daycarebinder.com) is provided by Grizzly Logic LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The service
Daycare Binder lays out invoices, receipts, attendance sheets, enrollment agreements and year-end statements from information you enter, and keeps records in your browser. It does not collect or transfer tuition payments, file anything with the IRS or a licensing agency, or check your compliance with state child care rules.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts, dates and taxpayer ID on documents you create, and for following your state’s licensing and record-keeping rules.
- Records live in your browser. Keep backups using the app’s backup feature; we cannot recover data deleted from your device.
- Do not enter children’s health or other sensitive records.
Pro subscription
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. See the refund and cancellation policy.

No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Grizzly Logic LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or documents created with it, including lost data, unpaid tuition or tax adjustments.
