The invoice, receipt, attendance sheet, contract and tax statement templates are free to use, and the app is free for up to 2 families. No payment is required.

Daycare Binder Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription of $12 billed in advance, plus sales tax where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and calculates any applicable tax.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page, using the email you subscribed with. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your records stay in your browser.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email hello@daycarebinder.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal date at any time.
